Return Policy

Items purchased from can be returned within 7 working days from the date of receipt, provided they are in their original, unused, and saleable condition. Refunds or exchanges will be facilitated. While no specific reason is necessary for the return, proof of purchase in the form of an order number is essential. Please note that personalised items are an exception to this policy and can only be returned or exchanged if they are found to be faulty.

For the return process, you are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returning the items. Before proceeding, please get in touch with us to obtain a return reference. The return address will be provided during this communication.

In case your order included any complimentary items, these will also need to be returned along with the rest of the items.

Defective Products

Should your Tega Milton product exhibit faults within 7 days of purchase, kindly reach out to for necessary assistance. Regrettably, we won't be able to accommodate exchanges or refunds beyond this specified timeframe.

Incorrect Delivery

If the items you have received are not in accordance with your order or if you have received items that you did not place an order for, please inform us promptly by getting in touch with our Customer Services team within 7 days of receiving the items. This will allow us to review your order. Subsequently, we will coordinate the retrieval of any incorrect items from your location and/or make arrangements to send you any missing or replacement items without any additional cost.

Good Damaged in Transit

If your item has sustained damage during the transit process, we kindly request you to get in touch with us promptly. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage either through email or regular mail within 2 days from the date of receipt. Upon receiving the evidence and assessing that the damage indeed occurred during transit, we will proceed to arrange a replacement for the damaged item. It's important to note that such cases are handled on a case by case basis. However, beyond this specific timeframe, we regret to inform you that we won't be able to facilitate exchanges or refunds.

Returning an Item

When sending an item back to us for a return, we kindly ask that you take the following steps: include the packing list within the parcel, use the original packaging for the items if available, and make sure to write your order number on the address label of the package.

It's important to note that we cannot take responsibility for any returned goods that are lost or damaged during the transit process.

Processing Time

If a refund is initiated by us, and in accordance with these terms, the payment you made for the goods will be reimbursed through the original payment method. This reimbursement will be carried out at the earliest convenience, and no later than 30 working days following the receipt of the returned goods by us.

In the case of an arranged exchange, the processing of the exchange for shipment will take place within 14 working days from when we receive the returned goods. The delivery of the exchanged items will be conducted via standard delivery. However, please be aware that delivery times might fluctuate based on the shipping destination and any busy holiday periods.

Good Purchased in person

Regarding items purchased in-person, please be aware that we are only able to accommodate returns in the event of a defect with the merchandise. Should you discover that the item you purchased has a fault, we kindly request you to get in touch with us, providing evidence of your purchase. Subsequently, we will proceed to initiate either a refund or an exchange as appropriate.

It's important to emphasise that proof of purchase is a requisite for the processing of either a refund or an exchange. Additionally, please bear in mind that personalised or engraved products are non-returnable, unless there is a fault with the product.
