Indemnity

Sales concluded through this site

Each of us acknowledges and agrees that the sole remedy available for breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be for the breach of contract as defined within these Terms and Conditions. Nevertheless, nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts or excludes liability for fraud.
Tega Milton Gift Cards
Gift Cards acquired through tegamilton.com will have an expiration period of 1 year from the date of purchase. For inquiries concerning your Gift Card, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at tm@tegamilton.com.
Warranty
Should you experience any issues with your Tega Milton product within one month of purchase, kindly get in touch with us at tm@tegamilton.com for assistance. Regrettably, we won't be able to facilitate exchanges or refunds for cases that fall beyond this one-year period.
Terms and Conditions for the Tega Milton Loyalty Programme
Here are the T&Cs for the Tega Milton Loyalty Programme:
Programme Acceptance
These terms and conditions, along with our website's T&Cs and Privacy Policy, apply to the Tega Milton Loyalty Programme (the "Programme") and establish the relationship between Tega Milton and you. Enrolling in the Programme signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility and Data
All Programme applicants must be individuals aged 18 years or older. Members can update their personal information on our website, and they have the option to opt out of direct marketing or request the removal of their personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
3. Personal Use Only
The Programme is exclusively for personal and consumer use. The "TM points" can only be earned, held, transferred, or redeemed as outlined in these terms and conditions or the terms governing any Programme-related promotions or offers. They cannot be earned, held, transferred, redeemed, or traded in any other manner.
4. Account Suspension and Termination
We retain the right to suspend or terminate a member's Programme account if, at our sole discretion, we deem that the member has violated these terms and conditions, furnished false or deceptive information, or engaged in improper, abusive, defamatory, criminal, or offensive behaviour towards other members or our staff.
5. TM Points Accumulation and Expiry
Members will accumulate TM points through qualifying purchases or actions. TM points expire on a rolling daily basis, with the expiry date determined by the last interaction a member had with the Loyalty Programme when earning TM points.
6. Referral Program Restrictions
Members are not permitted to refer themselves under the Referral Program.
7. Promotional Code Usage
Members who receive two or more promotional codes due to multiple purchases from individuals they referred to Tega Milton can use only one code per purchase. Each code is valid for a single use only.

8. Accumulation and Use of TM Points
- If a Member receives a refund or any financial adjustment for a transaction, the TM points awarded for that transaction will be adjusted accordingly.
- TM points have no monetary value.
- Members can check their TM points balance online at any time.
9. TM Points Redemption
- Members can redeem TM points online once they reach the qualifying level.
- Tega Milton employees, sub-contractors, and their agents are ineligible to participate in the Programme.
- Inactivity of a Member's Programme account for 12 months or more may result in account termination.
- If a Member's Programme account is terminated or the Programme is closed, any accrued TM points will be forfeited.
- A Member can terminate their Programme account at any time online on tegamilton.com or by emailing tm@tegamilton.com.
10. Communication and Account Correction
- Members will receive regular email updates on their TM points and rewards balance.
- Account information will be accessible to Members online on tegamilton.com.
- While we will rectify an account if proven to be incorrect, our decision is final unless clear records demonstrate otherwise.
11. Personal TM Points
- TM points are specific to an account and cannot be transferred or merged with another account to redeem rewards.
12. Amendment of Benefits
- Tega Milton reserves the right to modify the Benefits offered to Members at any time.
13. Communication Consent
- By enrolling in the Tega Milton Loyalty Programme, you may choose to permit us to contact you via email, post, or telephone with promotional offers, competitions, news, and updates. We process your data in compliance with applicable laws, our Privacy Policy, and website T&Cs.
14. Unauthorised Use and Responsibility
- We are not liable for any unauthorised use of TM points.
15. Terms and Conditions Updates
- These terms and conditions are subject to change, and Members will be considered to have accepted the updated terms when they become available on tegamilton.com. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
16. Suspension or Termination of Programme
- We retain the right to suspend or terminate the Programme at our sole discretion and for any reason. In such cases, Members will be notified, and all accounts will be suspended or terminated.
